Wallfix 2in1 Wallcolors Primer

Substrate preparation and application instructions:

The substrate should be dry, degreased, and free from contamination. Dust, paint residue, and other contaminants should be removed, and any irregularities should be filled with putty. Prime new, fresh substrates after they have completely dried.
