Returns and Complaints at Monkey Machine
Complaint Policy
We take responsibility for product defects in accordance with the provisions specified in the Act of April 24, 1964, the Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 121 as amended), in particular Articles 556 and 556(1)–556(3) of the Civil Code.
If you identify a product defect, you can:
- Submit a complaint via email or in writing (addresses provided on our website).
- Include the following details in your complaint:
- Full name
- Full address
- Order number and email address
- A detailed description of the defect and your request (repair, replacement, refund).
- A copy of the proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or VAT invoice).
- We will process complaints within 14 days from the date of submission.
Warranty
Products purchased through our store within the European Union are covered by a free 24-month warranty.
Under the warranty, in the event of a product defect:
- We are obligated to replace the product with a new, fully functional one that complies with the agreement.
- We may also offer a free repair to ensure the product meets all contractual requirements.
Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision. You can do so by sending an email to our address or a letter via traditional mail to the following address:

You may use the prepared withdrawal form (available in the customer panel), but it is not mandatory.
If you choose this option, we will promptly confirm receipt of your withdrawal request via email.
Withdrawal Deadline
To meet the withdrawal deadline, simply send information about your decision before the statutory withdrawal period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of product delivery (excluding additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard option we offer). Refunds will be processed promptly, no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned product.
Refunds will be made using the same payment methods used in the original transaction unless we explicitly agree otherwise. Refunds will not incur any additional fees for the customer.
Returning Products
The purchased product should be returned at your expense to the following address:

If a different return address is provided after the withdrawal request, please return the product to the specified address.
