Filing a complaint
To file a complaint, follow the steps below:
1. Complaint form
The document should contain the following data: name and surname, e-mail address or correspondence address, telephone number, product number and reason for complaint, date of purchase and occurrence of the defect.
2. Returning the product
When filing a complaint, please return the product with all its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice. Please carefully secure the shipment.
Returning goods
In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days to return the goods. To withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, fill in the required declaration (attached in the attachment when placing the order) and send it to our address together with the returned product/products.
Also attach all accessories received with it/them and the receipt or invoice to the package with the declaration and the returned product/products.
